Information submitted through this site
The contact form collects your name, email address, optional organization, selected interest, 90-day goal, and consent choice. The site assigns a record identifier and records the submission time. The optional concept ballot stores a browser-generated identifier, the selected concept, and the submission time; it does not ask for your name or contact information.
How the information is used
Contact information is used to respond to your inquiry and route you toward relevant District programs, resources, events, or opportunities. Ballot information is used to count one concept vote per browser. The site does not present submitted information for public browsing.
Storage, third parties, and choices
Submissions are stored in the database connected to this site. The site also links to separately operated services such as Skool, Discord, Telegram, Facebook, and other network sites; their policies govern activity after you leave this site. A fixed deletion schedule has not yet been published. To request access, correction, deletion, or to withdraw from follow-up, email khuel@excellencedistrict.org.
